Amanda Perrot

Amanda Perrot is a speaker, entrepreneur, coach, and lover of well-placed F-bombs. The founder of the Alcheme women’s empowerment platform, Amanda shows women how to listen to their voices, access their innate wisdom, and step into leadership in all areas of their lives. Having journeyed from a career in corporate to entrepreneurship, Amanda is passionate about activating women’s success because she had to learn how to move from victim to victor in her own life. Beloved by her clients and audience members for her soulful questions, deep listening, and genuine championship of other women, Amanda knows how to meet women exactly where they are and shows them how to shed their fear of being “too much” (or not enough!). Through her leadership, Amanda’s corporate and entrepreneurial clients create powerful, purpose-driven companies and experience lasting joy in their own lives.

She won the 2017 District 99 Toastmaster of the Year award for her dedication to public speaking and helping people in NE Saskatchewan grow their speaking skills. In 2019, Amanda was nominated for a YWCA Women of Distinction Award in the “Saskatchewan Spirit” category, for her commitment to creating spaces for Saskatchewan women to practice speaking up.

Amanda is also the owner of the 1st Choice Graphics printing company - a company based in St. Brieux, SK that was started by her mother Marian in 1997. Currently, 1st Choice Graphics employs 14 team members (13 of whom are women!). Amanda and Marian won the 2022 Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan (WESK) Resilience Award, for successfully navigating their business through the challenges of the pandemic era.

The bestselling author of 47 Days: A Journey Back Home, Amanda writes and speaks regularly on women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and speaking up for yourself and in the world. In her spare time, she volunteers to speak for numerous non-profit organizations, to inspire and connect their employees and communities.

In 2021, Amanda traveled to Las Vegas to become a Step Into Your Moxie Certified Facilitator. Amanda utilizes this powerful hands-on training to support organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals in speaking up and advocating for themselves and others; she offers both in-person and online workshops.

Amanda truly believes that we as women are better together, and continually works to create supportive networks for women of Saskatchewan and beyond.

Amanda Perrot grew up on a farm near St. Brieux, Saskatchewan, Canada. She ran off to Saskatoon when she graduated and got a Bachelor of Science degree in geology. After seven years working in the oil and gas sector, Amanda surprised herself by moving back to her hometown and becoming part owner of her mom's printing company, 1st Choice Graphics. In 2015 she founded Grounded Goodness.
